Gleechi Technology AB, corporate organization number 55944853-7601, (hereinafter referred to as "Gleechi Technology") is responsible for the processing of your personal data that Gleechi Technology collects due to the fact that you represent, are employed by, or are listed as a contact person for a company that Gleechi Technology collaborates with or buys services or goods from.
1. What information do we handle?
We handle the following personal data:
• name;
• address;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• your position;
• which company you represent;
2. The purpose of the processing of your personal data
The purpose of the processing of your personal data listed in paragraph 1, is
• to enable Gleechi Technologyto enter into agreements with the company you represent;
• to fulfill Gleechi Technology's obligations and exercise Gleechi Technology's rights under such agreement; and
• to administer the relationship with the company you represent.
In this context, the legal basis for our processing of your personal data is art. 6.1 b)

3. Who can access your personal information?
Your personal data is processed by Gleechi Technology.
In addition, your personal information may be shared with third parties who process personal information on our behalf, for example IT and system suppliers, auditing firms, legal providers, services and providers of internal control.
Your personal information may also be shared with authorities or other actors in accordance with law.
4. Transfer of personal data to third countries (non-EU / EEA countries)
Gleechi Technology, our suppliers and our partners generally only process your personal data within the EU / EEA.
In cases where personal data is processed outside the EU / EEA, either a Commission decision states that the third country concerned provides an adequate level of protection or appropriate guarantees, preferably in the form of EU standard contract clauses, which ensure that your rights and personal data are protected.
5. How long do we store your personal information?
Personal information that we need to fulfill our agreements with the company you represent is stored for as long as it is necessary for Gleechi Technology to administer the relationship with this company, exercise our rights to fulfill our obligations to you as a shop steward, or as long as Gleechi Technology is obliged to process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, practices or government decisions.
When the agreement between Gleechi Technology and the company you represent has expired or has been canceled, we want to delete your personal data no later than three months after the agreement has expired or been canceled.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the Personal Data Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data that Gleechi Technology holds about you. You also have the right to request correction of your personal data.
In certain circumstances, you may also request the deletion or restriction of your personal data or object to our handling.
You also have the right to transfer your personal data to another party under certain circumstances data processor (data portability) with a commonly used format.
